Demand Their Party
Stop Election Fraud
Anaheim. CA. August 26, 2018. At the August 25th – 27 Executive Board meeting of the California Democratic Party, California’s Democratic officials would have discovered they are out of sync with their own party members if they hadn’t been ignoring the elephant in the room, the overwhelming desire of most Democrats present to end the rigging of primary elections.
At a press conference in front of the Sheraton where the California Democratic Executive Board met, Mimi Kennedy headlined an event calling for an end to voter stalking and voter fraud.
Last year, millions of voters who supported Bernie Sanders were cyber-stalked, later finding their registrations had been illegally changed, thereby preventing them from casting a ballot that would be counted. Election expert Greg Palast researched the evidence of which voters were defrauded in the State of California and determined that Bernie Sanders won California by a landslide. The trouble is that with Bernie votes being changed and a significant number of his supporters being prevented from voting, Hillary was given the bulk of California’s pledged delegates. The Democratic Party gave her the bulk of the unpledged super-gates as well. The voters blame Secretary of State Alex Padilla, currently the most unpopular official in the State of California.
Computer experts have determined that because of the impossibility of protecting voting software, the only safe vote is one done on a paper ballot. Even then the results can be changed at the tabulation stage, which is done by computers. Votes for one candidate can be assigned a 1/3 or 1/4 vote value while votes for another candidate can be assigned a multiple vote value, causing the loser to landslide to victory.
As a quick fix to the problem, Alex Padilla has a 2018 challenger: Ruben Major . Major attended meetings of the various caucuses at the CDP weekend and received thunderous applause in each caucus as he announced he was running against Padilla. Most attendees were Berners and most were eager to retire Padilla. Padilla has the party establishment behind him but Major has the bulk of the Democrats who know he is in the race. For Major, the challenges will be getting out the word about his candidacy and finding a way to have an honest election.
The Voter Integrity press conference was arranged by Dale Axelrod and Rob Means, both longtime election integrity advocates. Karen Bernal, current chairwoman of the Progressive Caucus of the CDP and Susie Shannon, a former Green, also spoke at the event. Several attorneys, Ruben Major and Dotty LeMieux (California Chairman of Dennis Kucinich’s 2004 campaign) were also among those in attendance. Observers in 2004 and 2008 believed that Dennis Kucinich was also the victim of mass election fraud in those Presidential races.
In 2018, it is unlikely that Padilla will be officially unseated when his office is in charge of the voting. The extent of the voter disenfranchisements in the 2016 California primary is a precedent establishing what officials can get away with when they have predetermine a winner and work to ensure the results reflect their choice, regardless of how the voters actually vote.
